About Me
My name is Laurel Schwaebe. Pleased to meet you! I am a jack of all trades, from graphic design and marketing to export and international relations. I've traveled a lot (especially in China and Japan), but I grew up in a small town in southwestern Colorado. I try to maintain that small-town community feel in my work so that everyone is included and their needs are all met.
I've worked in marketing and creative design for the last decade, so I've decided to shake things up and move into librarianship and information science. My key focuses are digital materials and digitization, and I'm always open to talk to anyone about East Asian cultural heritage!
My hobbies include reading, video games, and traveling.
